User Accounts and Registration
- Account Creation: To access our video generation services, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information during registration.
- Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
- User Responsibilities: You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or security breaches.
- Age Requirements: You must be at least 18 years old to use our service. If you are under 18, you may only use our service with parental consent and supervision.
Use of the Service
Permitted Uses

Prohibited Activities
You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:
- Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory
- Create videos that infringe upon intellectual property rights of others
- Produce content that contains violence, hate speech, or discriminatory material
- Generate adult content or material inappropriate for minors
- Use the service to create deepfakes or misleading content without proper disclosure
- Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or compromise our AI models or infrastructure
- Resell or redistribute our service without explicit authorization
- Generate excessive requests that may impact service performance for other users
Credit System and Payments
Credit Usage Rules
Our platform operates on a credit-based system where different rap generation features consume different amounts of credits:

Credit Terms
- Credits are consumed immediately upon successful rap generation
- Failed generations due to technical issues will not consume credits
- Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable except as required by law
- Unused credits may expire according to your subscription plan terms
Billing and Payments
- All purchases are processed securely through our payment providers
- Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable
- We reserve the right to modify pricing with advance notice to users
- Failed payments may result in service suspension until resolved
Subscription Management
- To cancel your subscription, you must contact our support team at support@airapfab.com
- Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before your next billing cycle
- Cancelled subscriptions remain active until the end of the current billing period
- No refunds are provided for partial billing periods unless required by law

Account Termination
